ISO has registered a new work item, ISO/AWI 16321-2, to revise the standard on eye and face protection used during welding and related techniques. The second edition will replace ISO 16321-2:2021

The 4th edition of ISO 11612 (protective clothing to protect against heat and flame — minimum performance requirements) has been registered as a Final Draft International Standard, ISO/FDIS 11612, and is now under formal approval. It will replace ISO 11612:2015

荷兰标准化机构（NEN）发布 EN 149:2026 新版草案，规定作业场所颗粒物过滤半面罩（FFP）的最低要求，涵盖实验室与实用性能测试，检测方法的调整将影响 FFP1/2/3 的认证路径。

NEN published the draft of EN 149:2026, setting minimum requirements for particle filtering half masks (FFP) in occupational settings, covering laboratory and practical performance tests. The revised test methods will affect FFP1/2/3 certification.

ISO published the Draft International Standard ISO/DIS 22615 on performance requirements and test methods for protective clothing against infective agents, now open for member-body voting.

Safety Gate alert SR/02852/26 (Austria): the "Promask Sykua" full-face respirator mask was not conformity-tested as PPE Category III. Use during sanding, painting or polishing poses a chemical hazard risk, in breach of Regulation (EU) 2016/425; the listing was removed by the online marketplace.

Safety Gate alert SR/02926/26 (Italy): the Befast Z-705 motorcycle/moped helmet's retention system can detach on impact, allowing the helmet to slip off and expose the user to head injuries. It does not comply with ECE 22-06 and is banned from marketing.

防坠落协调标准过渡期届满（2026-10-08 起强制适用）
Fall-Arrest Harmonised Standards Transition Expired (Mandatory from 8 Oct 2026)

依据执行决定（EU）2024/2599，EN 360:2023、EN 564:2023 等防坠落 PPE 协调标准的过渡期条款自 2026 年 10 月 8 日起强制适用，旧版标准引用随之失效，坠落防护产品须按新标准重新验证。

Under Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2599, transitional provisions for fall-protection harmonised standards such as EN 360:2023 and EN 564:2023 expired on 8 October 2026. Fall-arrest products must be re-assessed to the new standards.

EU Parliament Updates Rules on Worker Protection against Dangerous Chemicals

欧洲议会通过更新规则以加强工人免受危险化学品暴露的保护，预计可预防约 1,700 例肺癌；新规明确个人防护装备（如呼吸防护装置）的提供与使用条款，包括进入无污染区域休息的权利。

The European Parliament backed updated rules to protect workers from dangerous chemical exposure, expected to prevent around 1,700 lung cancer cases. The rules clarify provisions on PPE such as respiratory protective devices, including the right to breaks in contamination-free areas.

欧盟修订 PPE 协调标准清单（2026/1971）
EU Amends PPE Harmonised Standards List (2026/1971)

欧盟委员会执行决定（EU）2026/1971 修订（EU）2026/1279，新增美发师防护手套 EN ISO 374-6:2025，并更新防雨防护服、职业用眼面部防护相关协调标准，相关企业需据此更新型式检验与符合性声明。

Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/1971 amends (EU) 2026/1279 on harmonised standards for PPE, adding EN ISO 374-6:2025 for hairdressers' protective gloves and updating standards for rain protective clothing and eye/face protection. Manufacturers should update type examination accordingly.

ISO 11999-10:2026 Published — Respiratory Protective Devices for Firefighters

ISO 发布 ISO 11999-10:2026，规定结构火灾中面临高热/火焰风险的消防员所用呼吸防护装置（RPD）的测试方法与要求，补齐消防员 PPE 系列标准。

ISO 11999-10:2026 sets out test methods and requirements for respiratory protective devices used by firefighters exposed to high heat or flame in structural fires, completing the firefighter PPE series.

ECS 并入 OETI，成为 TESTEX 集团一员

OETI 扩大其在 PPE 测试、评估与认证领域的业务，自 2023 年 7 月 1 日起接管 ECS GmbH。现有 ECS 证书持续有效，自该日起由 OETI 管理。

英国延长企业 CE 标志认可

英国商业和贸易部宣布无限期延长 CE 标志认可，覆盖包括 PPE 在内的 18 项法规。企业可继续对投放大不列颠市场的商品使用 CE 标志。
